What is sadhana?
Sadhana is spiritual practice that lasts typically for more than a couple of days (can be months or even years) and is coupled with a potent intention. JIVANA's guided sadhana's are typically between 2-10 days. In a way, they can be thought of like a self-driven retreat. Often spiritual teachers will assign a particular sadhana for students but sadhana's can be completely self-created. JIVANA recommends you only participate if you feel called or inspired to the particular deity or theme that the sadhana honors. This is deep communion.
JIVANA's led sadhana's will include deity or theme contemplations, awareness cultivation and meditation exercises, recommended or led asana (movement or embodied practice), and guidance on creating an intention.
