Feminine flow at Rancho Delicioso

This movement practice is being offered as a 9 week journey. Each class will build the previous class yet it is open to explore week by week. There is no commitment necessary for the entire journey.
Part of my intention is to create tantric kula (tantric community) and a safe container for the womyn of this kula to explore sensual movement.
Classes may begin with a short interactive satsang, intention setting, mediation, and moves into familiar but more sensual movement. The class may incorporate dance, yin and restorative elements. It is inspired by the energy and moves discovered onstage during JIVANA's exotic dancing days. The meta-intention for this practice is to assist "initiating" Womyn back into their body temple and is in dedication to global temple-priestess lineages spanning time and dimensions, including specifically the Devadasi of India.
