Healing Hope Workshop and Women's Circle
On this "Self-care Saturday" we will start with ritual, intention, and workshop some self-love practices. It will all start out smooth and sweet and shift into some stronger body practices intended to educate or remind us how to strengthen our abs and lower back. We will finish with breathwork and rest. Integration will come with our closing circle.
As we enjoy some Prasad with our kula-for-the-day (those who show up!), we will share about the releasing of anger and suffering in compassionate ways in circle.

This workshop is being held to raise money for a dear friend who has (hopefully temporarily) lost the ability to walk. She is a healer (medicine facilitator and integration guide) but has found herself in a situation requiring a journey of healing for her own body. Funds will go directly toward the purchase of an infrared mat she desires for her recovery. I look forward to you all possibly meeting her when she's able to come for a visit.
Depending on RSVP's and weather, this workshop may move to the larger shala at Rancho Delicioso. You will be alerted Saturday 2 hours in advance of start time by text if the location moves.
