Femmika is a women’s only workshop designed to revel in the pleasure of our Divine Feminine. In a two hour workshop we indulge in an hour of sensual movement and exploration of self-care exercises that will leave us feeling more in control of our natural and inherent beauty. The second hour is dedicated to discussing the connection between women and Earth, the power of sacred sexual connection, and advice on discovering our unique embodiment pose for Femmika Power.
